Refund policy

This refund/return policy is an integral & inseparable part of our complete Terms of Service when using and making transactions on www.glownecessities.co.

THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER OCTOBER 1st, 2021 ON WWW.GLOWNECESSITIES.CO ONLY

At Glow Necessities we believe that you deserve the best care from the products that you use to get best results on your journey to your healthiest possible skin. We 100% believe in the quality, precision, and performance and stand behind every product that we sell.

  1. We accept exchanges for goods damaged caused by shipping or defective items within 30 days from the date of your purchase from www.glownecessities.co. Return the goods and Glow Necessities will exchange it with the same item of the same SKU. If the item with the same SKU is out of stock: we will refund it in the form of store credit (Gift Card). We may require some photos or unboxing video as attachment.
  2. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns for opened or used products within 30 days from the date of your purchase (maximum one item quantity of each SKU on your Order). Glow Necessities only accept returns and will refund your request in the form of store credit (Gift Card). Items purchased as a bundle or set must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a store-credit refund. Partial refunds will not be offered. We don't offer exchange with products of different SKUs for used/opened products. (Photo or video is optional). For used or opened products: we only accept products at least 50% full within 30 days from the date of the purchase. We don't accept empty bottles or products diluted, mixed or adulterated with other materials.
  3. Opened/used products of purchases made from giveaway events & promo codes redeemed from third-party app are ineligible for refund.
  4. Promo codes are considered a discount on the order and the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return is processed.
  5. All returns are subject to validation & approval at Glow Necessities's discretion for the store credit refund to be authorized. We may ask you (the Customers) for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.
  6. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return + packing of merchandise. When requesting for return shipping label through Return Portal, the shipping cost will automatically deduct the amount of your store credit refund. After you submit a return request on Return Portal you will receive a Ninja Xpress pre-paid shipping label to be attached on your return package. You can schedule the date & time of pickup appointment in the Return Portal and the courier will pickup the package accordingly. You don't need to pay the shipping cost to the courier.
  7. We aim to process your refund/return within 7 business days of the product being returned to our storage facility, however these times may be impacted during high volume periods.
  8. The store credit refund will be issued upon processing of the returned product(s). You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.
  9. Fair use: If we notice an abnormal pattern of return activity or behaviour then we may connect with you about your returns. Any abuse of the return policy can result in the suspension of the account and any associated accounts. If this has happened to you, and you think we’ve made a mistake, please contact our Customer Support team and we’ll be happy to review it with you. If your account has been suspended and you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any products back.
  10. Glow Necessities maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a store credit refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. Glow Necessities reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a store credit refund or accept your Order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your Order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.

Returns FAQ

  1. What will you do with the products returned?
    All the contents will be discarded & destroyed appropriately, and the packaging materials will be cleaned, sorted, and sent to waste management facilty (such as Waste4Change) to be recycled responsibly.
  2. Do you accept returns of opened/used products purchased from third-party marketplaces or authorized retailers (Shopee, iStyle, Tokopedia, etc.) to be refunded as store credit?
    No, we only accepts returns of used/opened products ordered from www.glownecessities.co to be refunded as store credit.
